Shipping and Returns
Due to the nature of our business and the materials handled, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges; once your order is shipped or left the store. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
There are often unforeseen circumstances such as delays with the courier, products arrive damaged during shipping, or we may even make a mistake on an order. We do not offer refunds because your orders did not meet a deadline and we do not offer compensation based on lost revenue due to these unforeseen circumstances. If you are making products to sell, we recommend keeping a stock of materials on-hand to ensure you do not encounter this issue. We are committed to getting you the products you ordered as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, unforeseen things do happen to cause delays.
Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order. Since we ship items very quickly, even if we receive your cancellation email before you receive a shipping confirmation, your item may have already gone to the courier and cancellation will not be possible.
We try to ship each order by the next business day.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the “ship to address” is correct when checking out.
Any changes made to the "ship to address" after the product has been shipped will incur additional charges. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the carrier.
